Having only one functioning elevator can turn wait time into a saga! ! The shower's poor drainage is a missed opportunity for comfort! A little more attention to room maintenance could elevate the overall experience!

I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the proximity to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and the Riverwalk. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated having an accessible layout for my scooter. The breakfast service was delightful, and the staff in the café were particularly friendly. However, I found the parking fees a bit steep, and the shower head in my room was quite noisy, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel had a modern decor, creating a stylish atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing my needs and inquiries. I appreciated the convenient location, allowing easy access to various attractions and nearby businesses.

Some noise disturbances were noticeable, particularly from the hallway and nearby rooms.

The room was spacious and really bright, had a super comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The walk-in shower was awesome too. Only downside was the noise from nearby rooms—could hear some chatter. Also felt like the AC could work a bit better.

Loved the very comfortable bed and spacious room! 🙌 Unfortunately, the valet cost was a bit high at $18 for such a short distance.

I enjoyed my stay at Indigo! The stylish decor and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the delicious breakfast options, especially the almond croissants. A bit of noise from thin walls disrupted my peace occasionally, but the overall experience outweighed this issue.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to help with any questions. Everything was immaculate, making for a very enjoyable stay in the heart of downtown.

The dining scene at Indigo is a vibe! The restaurant serves some killer eats that seriously elevate hotel dining standards—my taste buds danced! Plus, the lounge area is dope, with a fire pit that makes for a cozy nightcap. Staff was super chill and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Oh, and our shower door was on the struggle bus—needs a fix. The fridge had a nasty smell, which was a bummer for our leftovers. Still, the room was overall clean and nice!

We had an amazing stay with incredible food. the breakfast burrito was unreal, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unique bar setup with the firepit was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely come back!
